Our approach

At SendNet we take the security of our systems and our customers' data seriously. Despite our care, a vulnerability may still exist in one of our systems.

Reporting a vulnerability

Found a weakness in one of our systems? Let us know so we can act quickly. We ask you:

• To report the vulnerability at sales@send-net.com, with enough information to reproduce the issue;
• Not to exploit the vulnerability, for example by downloading more data than necessary, or by modifying or deleting data;
• Not to share the vulnerability with others until it has been resolved;
• Not to use attacks on physical security, social engineering, or automated (D)DoS tools.

What you can expect from us

We respond to your report as quickly as possible, keep you updated on progress, and treat your report confidentially. If you abide by the conditions above, we will not take legal action in response to the report.
